- Chargeback fraud or payment manipulation
- Use of stolen, fake, or unauthorized payment methods
- Money laundering or financing illegal activity
- Circumventing platform fees or payment systems
B. Identity & Account Misuse
- Creating fake accounts or multiple accounts to deceive
- Using another person’s identity or documents
- Selling, renting, or transferring accounts
- Bypassing KYC, verification, or security controls
C. Illegal or Restricted Content
- Selling or promoting illegal goods or services
- Activities that violate local, national, or international laws
- Content related to terrorism, extremism, or organized crime
- Exploitation or abuse of any individual
D. Harassment, Abuse & Harm
- Hate speech, threats, or intimidation
- Harassment or bullying
- Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or any protected status
- Sexual exploitation or inappropriate content
E. Platform Abuse
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
- Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware
- Manipulating ratings, reviews, or engagement
- Reverse engineering or scraping Maltibase systems
5. Vendor & Seller Responsibilities
Vendors and service providers must:
- Offer lawful and accurately described products or services
- Fulfill orders honestly and in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly with buyers
- Resolve disputes professionally
- Comply with Maltibase vendor rules and applicable regulations
- Maintain valid verification and compliance status
Failure to meet vendor responsibilities may result in restrictions or removal.
6. Content Standards
All content shared on Maltibase must:
- Be truthful and not misleading
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Avoid offensive, harmful, or abusive language
- Not promote illegal or unethical activity
Maltibase reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards.
7. Payments, Wallets & Withdrawals Conduct
Users must:
- Use only authorized payment methods
- Withdraw funds only to verified accounts
- Avoid suspicious or high-risk transaction behavior
- Cooperate with compliance reviews or investigations
Maltibase may delay, suspend, or reverse transactions for security or compliance reasons.

11. No Circumvention
Users may not attempt to:

- Create new accounts after suspension
- Use third parties to bypass restrictions
Such actions may result in permanent removal.
