For Buyers:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• You must not abuse refund or dispute systems

5. Payments & Wallet

• Maltibase may provide wallet services for transactions
• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
• Withdrawal availability depends on user location and compliance checks

6. Fees & Charges

Maltibase may charge:

• Transaction fees
• Service fees
• Subscription fees
• Currency conversion fees

All fees are disclosed before completion of transactions.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Unauthorized use of the platform
• Violation of intellectual property rights

8. Disputes & Refunds

Maltibase may assist in resolving disputes but is not liable for user transactions. Final decisions may be made at Maltibase’s discretion.

All Maltibase content, branding, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without permission.

10. Platform Availability

Maltibase does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update or suspend services at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability
