Vendor / Seller Agreement
Effective Date: March 22, 2026
This Vendor / Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Maltibase as a seller or service provider. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with all Maltibase policies and applicable laws.
1. Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You agree to complete identity verification (KYC) when required
- Maltibase may approve or reject vendor applications at its discretion
2. Role of Maltibase
Maltibase provides a platform that connects buyers and sellers. Maltibase is not the seller of goods or services listed on the platform.
Important: You are solely responsible for your products, services, pricing, delivery, and customer interactions.
3. Listings & Content
- You must provide accurate descriptions of products or services
- You must not list prohibited or restricted items
- You must ensure all listings comply with applicable laws
- You grant Maltibase a license to display and promote your listings
4. Orders & Fulfillment
- You are responsible for fulfilling all orders promptly
- You must provide reliable delivery or service execution
- You must handle customer inquiries and support
5. Payments & Payouts
- Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
- Payouts may require creation of a Stripe Connect account
- Maltibase may deduct applicable fees before payouts
- Payout timing may vary based on verification and risk review
6. Fees
- Transaction fees
- Subscription or vendor fees
- Service or platform charges
All fees will be disclosed prior to transactions.
7. Compliance & Legal Obligations
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You must comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC requirements
- You are responsible for taxes applicable to your sales
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Sale of illegal or restricted goods/services
- Circumventing Maltibase payment systems
- Off-platform transactions intended to avoid fees
9. Disputes & Refunds
- You are responsible for handling disputes with customers
- Maltibase may intervene and make final decisions
- Maltibase may issue refunds or reversals where necessary
10. Account Suspension & Termination
Maltibase may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate this Agreement or platform policies
- Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activities
- Fail compliance or verification checks
11. Limitation of Liability
Maltibase is not liable for losses arising from your sales, services, or interactions with customers.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Maltibase harmless from claims arising from your activities as a vendor.
13. Updates to Agreement
Maltibase may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
