This Product Listing Policy governs how products and services may be listed on Maltibase. It ensures transparency, compliance, and a high-quality experience for all users.
1. General Listing Requirements
- All listings must be accurate, clear, and truthful
- Listings must not mislead or deceive users
- Products/services must comply with all applicable laws
- Sellers must have the legal right to sell listed items
2. Product Information Standards
Each listing must include:
- Accurate product/service title
- Clear and detailed description
- Correct pricing and currency
- High-quality images that reflect the actual product
- Delivery or service details
Important: Misrepresentation of products or services may result in immediate removal or account suspension.
3. Prohibited Listings
The following items are strictly prohibited on Maltibase:
- Illegal products or services
- Counterfeit or fake goods
- Stolen items
- Weapons, firearms, or explosives
- Drugs or controlled substances
- Adult or explicit content
- Unauthorized financial or investment schemes
- Products that violate intellectual property rights
4. Restricted Listings
Certain categories may require additional approval or compliance checks:
- Health-related products
- Financial or digital services
- High-risk or regulated items
- Cross-border goods requiring customs compliance
Maltibase reserves the right to approve or reject such listings at its sole discretion.
5. Pricing & Transparency
- Prices must be clearly stated and not misleading
- No hidden fees or deceptive pricing practices
- Discounts must be genuine and verifiable
6. Intellectual Property
- You must not use copyrighted or trademarked content without authorization
- Maltibase may remove listings that infringe intellectual property rights
7. Duplicate & Spam Listings
- No duplicate listings intended to manipulate visibility
- No spam, irrelevant, or low-quality content
8. Service Listings
- Services must be clearly defined with scope and deliverables
- No false claims or unrealistic guarantees
- Service providers must deliver as described
9. Monitoring & Enforcement
Maltibase may:
- Review and moderate listings
- Remove or edit non-compliant listings
- Suspend or terminate seller accounts
- Take action against repeated violations
