1. Role of Maltibase
Important: Maltibase is a platform that connects clients with service providers. Maltibase does not provide, manage, or guarantee services.
All service delivery obligations are the sole responsibility of the service provider.
2. Service Provider Responsibilities
- Deliver services exactly as described in listings
- Maintain professional communication with clients
- Meet agreed deadlines and milestones
- Provide high-quality and accurate work
3. Service Scope & Clarity
- Services must clearly define scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Any limitations or exclusions must be disclosed upfront
- No misleading claims or unrealistic guarantees
4. Delivery Timelines
- Providers must adhere to agreed timelines
- Delays must be communicated immediately
- Repeated delays may result in penalties or suspension
Timely delivery is critical to maintaining trust and platform integrity.
5. Revisions & Modifications
- Revisions must align with the original service agreement
- Additional work beyond scope may require extra payment
- Clear revision terms must be stated in listings
6. Communication Standards
- All communication must remain respectful and professional
- Providers must respond to client inquiries promptly
- No harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct
7. Failure to Deliver
- Failure to deliver services may result in refunds or disputes
- Maltibase may intervene in unresolved cases
- Repeated failures may lead to account suspension or termination
8. Disputes
- Clients and providers should attempt to resolve issues directly
- Maltibase may review and intervene when necessary
- Final decisions may be made at Maltibase’s discretion
9. Monitoring & Enforcement
Maltibase reserves the right to:
- Monitor service performance and delivery standards
- Take action against non-compliant providers
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts
10. Compliance
- Service providers must comply with all Maltibase policies
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations is required
- Providers must adhere to AML/KYC requirements
