This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions for cancelling service orders on Maltibase. It ensures fairness and clarity for both clients and service providers.
1. Role of Maltibase
Important: Maltibase acts as a platform connecting clients and service providers. Maltibase does not provide or manage services and is not responsible for cancellations made by either party.
2. Cancellation by Client
- Clients may request cancellation before service delivery begins
- If work has already started, cancellation may result in partial charges
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for full refunds
3. Cancellation by Service Provider
- Service providers may cancel due to valid reasons (e.g., inability to deliver)
- Providers must notify clients promptly
- Frequent cancellations may result in account penalties
4. Cancellation After Work Has Started
Once a service has begun, cancellation may be subject to partial payment based on work completed.
- Refunds may be reduced proportionally
- Evidence of completed work may be required
5. Non-Cancellable Services
- Completed services
- Custom or time-sensitive services
- Services explicitly marked as non-cancellable
6. Refund Handling
- Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or Maltibase wallet
- Processing time depends on payment providers
7. Disputes Related to Cancellation
- Clients and providers should attempt to resolve issues directly
- Maltibase may intervene if necessary
- Final decisions may be made at Maltibase’s discretion
8. Abuse Prevention
Strict Rule: Abuse of the cancellation system is prohibited.
- Repeated cancellations without valid reason
- Intentional disruption of service agreements
- Fraudulent cancellation requests
9. Monitoring & Enforcement
- Maltibase may monitor cancellation patterns
- Accounts may be restricted for excessive cancellations
- Violations may result in suspension or termination
