This Order Fulfillment Policy outlines the responsibilities and expectations for sellers and service providers on Maltibase regarding order processing, delivery, and service execution.

1. Seller Responsibility

All sellers and service providers are solely responsible for fulfilling orders placed through Maltibase.

Important: Maltibase is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or execution of products and services provided by sellers.

  • Sellers must fulfill all confirmed orders promptly
  • Sellers must provide accurate fulfillment timelines
  • Sellers must maintain clear communication with buyers

2. Order Processing

  • Orders must be acknowledged and processed within a reasonable timeframe
  • Sellers must confirm availability before accepting orders
  • Delays must be communicated immediately to buyers

3. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

  • Sellers must provide accurate shipping details and timelines
  • Tracking information should be provided where available
  • Products must be packaged securely and appropriately
  • Sellers are responsible for customs compliance in international shipping

4. Service Fulfillment (Digital & Services)

  • Services must be delivered as described in the listing
  • Deadlines and milestones must be respected
  • Clear scope and deliverables must be defined

5. Delivery Failures

  • If a seller fails to fulfill an order, appropriate action may be taken
  • Maltibase may intervene in unresolved cases
  • Repeated failures may result in account suspension

6. Communication Standards

  • Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries promptly
  • All communication must remain professional and respectful
  • No misleading or false communication is allowed

7. Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to:

  • Logistics or shipping issues
  • Customs or regulatory delays
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters)

Sellers must notify buyers immediately in such cases.

8. Disputes Related to Fulfillment

  • Buyers and sellers should attempt to resolve issues directly
  • Maltibase may review and intervene where necessary
  • Final decisions may be made at Maltibase’s discretion

9. Monitoring & Enforcement

Maltibase reserves the right to:

  • Monitor fulfillment performance
  • Remove non-performing sellers
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Apply penalties for policy violations
