This Payments, Wallet & Financial Policy governs all financial activities conducted on Maltibase, including payments, wallet usage, transactions, withdrawals, and compliance obligations.

1. Nature of Maltibase Services

Important Notice: Maltibase is NOT a bank, financial institution, or money transmission service. The Maltibase wallet is a digital transaction tool designed solely for facilitating payments within the platform.

  • Maltibase does not hold deposits as a bank
  • Funds stored in wallets are not insured or protected by banking schemes
  • The wallet is strictly for platform-related transactions

2. Wallet Usage Policy

By using the Maltibase wallet, you agree that:

  • Funds are used strictly for buying, selling, and service transactions on Maltibase
  • You will not use the wallet as a personal bank account
  • You will not store funds for speculative or non-platform purposes
  • All wallet activity must be legitimate and tied to platform use

3. Funding & Payments

  • Users may fund wallets via approved payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
  • All payments are subject to verification and compliance checks
  • Maltibase reserves the right to delay or reject transactions

4. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are subject to eligibility, location, and verification requirements
  • Processing times may vary depending on payment providers
