Important: Maltibase is NOT a bank or financial institution. Payouts are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their rules and availability.

  • Payouts are made only for completed and eligible transactions
  • Funds must originate from legitimate platform activity
  • Payout availability depends on payment provider support in your region

2. Eligibility for Payouts

  • You must complete required identity verification (KYC)
  • You must have an active and compliant account
  • Transactions must be completed without disputes or chargebacks

  • Stripe Connect (primary payout method where available)

  • Other approved payout solutions (e.g., Wise)

4. Payout Schedule

  • Payouts may be processed on a scheduled or manual basis

  • Initial payouts may be delayed for verification and risk review

Payouts are not instant and may be subject to holding periods for security and compliance purposes.

5. Holds & Reserve Periods

Maltibase may apply temporary holds or reserves on funds to:

  • Protect against chargebacks or refunds
  • Conduct fraud and compliance checks
  • Manage platform risk

6. Fees

  • Transaction fees

Third-party provider fees may also apply.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Funds may be withheld during disputes or investigations
  • Maltibase may deduct disputed amounts from your balance

  • Maltibase may monitor transactions for suspicious activity
