1. Role of Maltibase
Important: Maltibase is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. Maltibase does not own, sell, or directly handle products.
All returns and refunds are primarily handled by the seller, subject to Maltibase policies.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Buyers may request a return if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The product does not match the description
- The wrong item was delivered
Return requests must be made within the seller’s specified return window.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Digital goods or downloadable content
4. Return Process
- Buyer must contact the seller or initiate a return request
- Seller provides return instructions
- Buyer must return the item in its original condition
- Proof of return may be required
5. Refund Conditions
- Refunds are issued after the seller confirms receipt of the returned item
- Refunds may be full or partial depending on the condition
- Shipping costs may not be refundable unless required

- Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or Maltibase wallet

8. Abuse & Misuse
Strict Rule: Abuse of the return or refund system is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- False claims or fraudulent returns
- Repeated refund abuse
- Returning used or damaged items improperly
9. Seller Responsibilities
- Provide clear return policies
- Handle returns professionally
- Process refunds within a reasonable timeframe
10. Monitoring & Enforcement
Maltibase reserves the right to:

- Suspend accounts for policy violations
