Service Provider Agreement
Effective Date: March 22, 2026
This Service Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Maltibase as a provider of services. By offering services on Maltibase, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable platform policies.
1. Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You agree to complete identity verification (KYC) when required
- Maltibase may approve or reject your registration at its discretion
2. Role of Maltibase
Important: Maltibase acts solely as a platform connecting service providers and clients. Maltibase does not provide, manage, or guarantee services.
You are solely responsible for the services you offer, including quality, delivery, and outcomes.
3. Service Listings
- You must provide accurate descriptions of your services
- You must clearly define scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing
- No misleading claims or false guarantees are allowed
4. Service Delivery
- You must deliver services as described
- You must meet agreed timelines and milestones
- You must communicate professionally with clients
5. Payments & Payouts
- Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
- You may be required to create a Stripe Connect account
- Maltibase may deduct applicable fees before payout
- Payout timing may vary due to verification or compliance checks
6. Fees
- Service fees
- Transaction fees
- Subscription or platform fees (if applicable)
7. Compliance & Legal Obligations
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You must comply with AML/KYC requirements
- You are responsible for all taxes related to your earnings
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Failure to deliver agreed services
- Circumventing Maltibase payment systems
- Off-platform transactions to avoid fees
9. Disputes
- You must attempt to resolve disputes directly with clients
- Maltibase may intervene where necessary
- Final decisions may be made at Maltibase’s discretion
10. Account Suspension & Termination
Maltibase may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate this Agreement or policies
- Engage in suspicious or fraudulent activities
- Fail compliance or verification checks
11. Limitation of Liability
Maltibase is not liable for losses arising from services provided by users.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Maltibase harmless from claims arising from your services or activities.
13. Updates to Agreement
Maltibase may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
